Home based SMART Repair Field Operations Manager working for one of the UK's largest specialist mobile SMART repair, dent removal and alloy wheel repairers?
Client Details
My client is part of one of the biggest financial services organisations globally and one of the largest specialist mobile SMART repair, dent removal and alloy wheel repairers in the UK. They work with some of the biggest blue chip organisations, servicing their SMART/Cosmetic and Alloy Wheel Repair Insurance products, auction sites and Dealerships nationwide.
Description
As a SMART Repair Field Operations Manager you will be responsible for, as well as other responsibilities:
- Managing costs and assisting to ensure all Technicians exceed budget.
- Managing relationships with suppliers and delivering an exceptional level of service to clients.
- Managing and improving productivity by regularly visiting Technicians to observe demeanour, technical accuracy and conformity to Company Policies.
- Determining work procedures, studies work schedules, and work flow according to electronic diaries.
- Providing inductions and setting up new Technicians.
- Resolving complaints.
- Resolving vehicle issues and ensuring that any accidents in the field are thoroughly investigated, documented and reported accurately and efficiently.
- Directing and supporting Technicians in their development, including their technical skills.
- Protecting the organisation's value by keeping information confidential.
- Regularly reviewing vehicle tracking device reports to ensure punctuality and performance is in line with company attendance procedure.
- Keeping up to date on how current Health & Safety regulations affect workers.
- Building morale and group commitments to goals and objectives.
Profile
As a SMART Repair Field Operations Manager you will have:
* Relevant industry college qualifications and/or previous industry relevant knowledge.
* Previous knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
* The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* The ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
* Confidence and the ability to effectively speak before groups of customers or employees of organisations.
Job Offer
As a SMART Repair Field Operations Manager you will receive:
A basic salary of £30,000 per annum.
On target earnings of approximately £44,000 per annum.
28 days paid holiday per annum.
A company vehicle, Laptop and phone.
