Fibrisol Service Ltd, part of ICL Food Specialties, is a leading supplier of functional food ingredients, operating from a manufacturing site in West London.
Job Description
To offer front line support to Supply Chain Lead as part of a small Customer Services team within a small but busy office.
The Applicant
The person will have previous experience of stock control and logistics operations preferably within the manufacturing industry. Knowledge and understanding of demand planning would be an advantage. The applicant will need to be fully conversant with Microsoft Office and experience of stock control software is essential. The candidate will be required to deal with both Suppliers and Customers so will need excellent communication skills. Confidence and a positive approach to work, numerate, pay attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines when required will be qualities that the successful applicant will possess.
The Role
* Assist Supply Chain Lead
* Support Customer Service and Office Admin
* Receive customer orders-Enter onto system
* Liaise with warehouse and haulier to agree deliveries
* Assist in production planning
* Plan material movements between sites
* Raise purchase orders
* Receipt of goods into warehouses
* Offer customer support to resolve queries
* Investigate stock differences
* Run reports
