A supply chain administrator is required by a leading technology firm based in Abingdon, on a 9 month FTC basis. Reporting into the Supply Chain & Planning Manager, this opportunity would be ideal for a strong administrator who would like the chance to join an amazing company with great benefits.

You will be responsible for:

  • The distribution of open orderbooks to vendors on a regular basis
  • Updating the ERP with the latest information to ensure accurate records for planning and costing are relevant
  • Communicating ERP expedite requests as they arise
  • Supporting requests for quotations, including creation and distribution of documentation packages
  • Adhering to the quality process and procedures as defined within the quality system
  • Complying with Health & Safety policy and procedures and carrying out any additional tasks which may be reasonably requested by the company

You will need:

  • To be educated to A Level or equivalent
  • To have experience in a manufacturing environment would be preferable
  • To have experience in a high demanding administration role
  • ERP/MRP software experience
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to work as a team
