Procurement Manager

We are excited to be partnering with a luxury, high-end property development company with unique properties in prime locations across the globe. They are passionate about creating stunning, bespoke properties and realise this is only possible through the commitment and dedication of a skilled team.

As part of an exciting new residential development in London, they are looking to recruit a permanent Procurement Manager to join the company in a greenfield role, predominantly to manage the procurement for build and interior fit out of a new multi-unit luxury residential development within one of London's finest locations.

Procurement activity will focus on the following:

Build Procurement - looking at packages for, but not limited to;

• glazing,
• joinery,
• floor
• finishes (inc. stone, timber and carpets),
• doors,
• kitchens,
• sanitary ware,
• ironmongery

Interiors Procurement - Looking at package for but not limited to:

• furniture,
• drapery,
• lighting,
• artwork and accessories

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you must possess the following:

• Procurement experience predominantly in the fields of high end Design, Hospitality and Interior Fit-out.
• Extensive and thorough understanding of procurement process
• Experience in dealing with a global supply base
• Track record of negotiating, procurement, buying terms and contractual arrangements
• Ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders and suppliers
