A leading gift/toy design company is looking for a Head of Sales Logistics to manage the Logistics team in their continued growth in UK, Europe & Rest of the World. The main focus is to optimise sales through their efficient supply chain team.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Logistics Manager and the sales processing team
  • Keeping the lines of communication open between the various warehouses
  • Ensure sales are optimised at every point
  • Liaising with the UK & International Sales teams

You must have:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Have excellent decision making skills
  • Be a strong communicator to all levels of the business
  • Have an astute commercial understanding
  • Thrive on problem solving
  • Have awareness of IT systems within the supply chain functionality

You will be a strong leader and be able to encourage a team through consistent positive energy.
