You will joining a forward thinking, growing Financial Services business as part of the Management team as the Operations Manager.

Your new role

  • The Operations manager is a key role within the business that involves improving the performance, productivity, profitability and efficiency of the business.
  • Key Duties:
  • Monitoring and analysing the current system to check it's effectiveness and profitability
  • Analysing statistics
  • Putting project plans together
  • Managing, coaching and mentoring a small team
  • Training new staff
  • Setting budgets
  • Working with Senior Management



What you'll need to succeed

  • IT knowledge - Microsoft packages, databases and systems
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge within financial services is preferred but not essential
