We are supporting Brunel as it transforms its transactional ‘tendering team’ into a commercially focused, centrally coordinated ‘Procurement Services’ function; becoming an integral and valued (internal and external) strategic partner with increased execution capability.

As part of this transformation, we are recruiting a Director of Procurement. • Adopting improved commercial governance and approving the formal adoption of a new eSourcing Suite.

To succeed you must be professionally qualified in MCIPS with a strong track recordof operating at a senior level in a high profile procurement and commercial function.  The post holder will ideally have experience of change management, exceptional communication and influencing skills, and able to build sustainable and productive relationships with a range of stakeholders. As well as this, your strong and visible leadership will enable you to develop a talented, diverse and engaged workforce.
