Hays Procurement are pleased to be assisting an organisation in Swindon in the recruitment of a Sub-Contractor Manager to join their busy team.

Your new role

You will deliver Sub-Contractor cost reductions by leading strategic sourcing for each market within assigned region or regional cluster, create opportunities for collaboration and value-engineering through strategic management of relationships as well as remaining current with market trends through relationships with vendors and market experts.

You will also set criteria for evaluation, developing and maintaining scorecards to track Sub-Contractor performance and quality and adjust sourcing strategies based on performance and business unit input.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have procurement experience in end-to-end sourcing of Subcontractors for install projects, a track record of developing strategic relationships in installation/construction with demonstrated ability to secure significant savings and compress project schedules.

What you'll get in return

This role is being offered with the salary between £35,000 - £40,000 on a permanent contract.
