Job brief for Operations Manager -

• Full P+L, GP and financial accountability with an emphasis on procurement
• Lead and develop on site GMs and their teams to hit all daily financials targets
• Promote and market the brand to successful improve reach and footfall
• Complete compliance, H&S ownership and council liaison
• Create and plan training and inductions to ensure development and retention
• Support the expansion of the business by effective planning/managing and delegation
• Help create and develop evolving process and procedures

Ideal Operations Manager:

• Process driven with Involvement in restaurant opening and project management
• Background from Branded High Volume Restaurant company/chains
• Strategic mind-set with experience in successfully driving company portfolio
• Entrepreneurial spirit and solution orientated mind-set
• Multi million pound multi site experience
• Have a passion for food and awareness of industry trends
• Have 2-3 years Operations Manager experience and be able to add value from day one

Must have experience as Operation Manager with a food background
