One of the most exciting and fastest-growing specialist mortgage lenders is looking for an experienced operational management professional to join their head office team.

This is a new position, created to manage the administration function of the lender that assists brokers and take their mortgage application from decision stage, all the way through underwriting to the completions team.

The business are ideally looking for someone who has a real passion to look for improvements in the way things are done, and to work to change processes and procedures where they can be improved. Anyone with an eye on digital or automation when it comes to improvements will be appreciated.

Applicants for this role must have:

- Experience working with mortgages and understanding of the process involved in lending a mortgage

- Experience managing a team of at least 5 people including all reporting for the team, setting of targets and management of personal relationships

- Experience of improving processes and procedures and looking to digitalize customer journeys
