To set the record straight this is not your ordinary sales role. This role will include liaising with both the Chief Commercial Officer and the Head of Sales to maximise development and growth. Having an eye for detail you will use data to create profitability reports and forecasts. Close work with the CCO to manage and roll out an e-commerce platform. Develop an in-depth knowledge of our client’s core products via successful completion of required sales training programmes and utilise this knowledge to successfully lead Sales Support operations. Working within a business that is set to triple their turnover in the forthcoming years, this really is an exciting prospect.

What you’ll be doing

• Be the co-owner with the designated Business Development Manager of RFP responses, co-ordinating interdepartmental alignment, pricing and delivery of world class proposal responses.
• Own the sales forecasting process and lead the sales team efforts on effective use of Salesforce within the organsiation.
• Analyse performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively assist the group Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Sales make informed decisioning on the sales and business development strategy.
• Effectively manage Sales Operations expenses to ensure delivery of internal gross margin goals.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.

What experience you will need

• Demonstrated success within a Business Information Analyst role would be advantageous.
• A technical mindset and ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Strong technical skills to create effective presentations and software demonstrations
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentations) along with relationship building and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and understand IT, technical and data focused products.
Understanding how to implement and execute forecasts and incentives.
