Operations Manager (Research Consultancy)

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 + Bonus

Location: Central London

Benefits: Work from home every Friday / healthcare / personal training budget

An innovative and forward-thinking research consultancy are now looking for an Operations Manager to join and become a part of their 2019 growth plans. They require a solution driven and collaborative individual to oversee a variety of business functions such as operational management, compliance, HR and finance.

The company are based in a fantastic Central London location and are looking for someone who wants to develop their career and really grow within a thriving business.

About the role

This is a multifaceted role whereby every day will offer new challenges and duties…

  • Overseeing and ensuring GDPR compliance is in order - working closely with the MD
  • Managing client set ups and associated T&C's / NDA's as well as responding to client enquiries
  • Working closely with outsourced accountancy team and leading a transition to an online account's software service
  • In charge of onboarding process with new starters and maintaining / updating HR policies
  • Creating and building solutions for operational sustainability as well as being in charge of safety compliance

About you

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and relishes the opportunity to problem solve and multitask an eclectic range of business functions
  • Transferable experience in operations - possibly worked as General Manager/Practice Manager/ Operations Director/ Manager previously
  • Confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and enjoys collaborating with colleagues on a regular basis
  • Sociable individual who wants to develop their career in a friendly and outgoing company whereby team cohesion is very important
