This retailer with a great online & omni-channel presence has accelerated growth plans and looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to support their Logistics & Supply Chain team.

You will closely support the Supply Chain Controller and will support on the management of stock from DC to their customers.

To be successful in this Supply Chain Administrator position your duties include -

  • Dealing directly with suppliers in ensuring purchase orders are accurate
  • Assisting with stock enquiries
  • Assisting the logistics controller in despatching goods to customers.
  • Working with Stock planning systems
  • Communicating with suppliers, transport companies as well internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
  • Frequent communication with suppliers to ensure delivery dates are met and promptly & informing of any delays
  • Booking in deliveries to maintain and update all records, databases, and reports
  • Communicate with various internal departments and outside companies to establish good working relationships
  • Processing purchase orders and sales orders
  • Sales invoicing and processing credit notes
  • Warehouse and supplier queries
  • Stock reconciliations

To be successful in this leadership Supply Chain Coordinator position you must have -

Strong administration skills and experience

  • Have had experience within a Supply Chain, Logistics or Demand planning role
  • Has had head office exposure in a retail, 3rd party or FMCG environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Long-term interest in a career in ssupply chain management and operations,
  • IT literate with experience on MS Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Have deal with processing purchase orders and processing credit notes
  • Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Methodical and organised
  • Great team player
