Overview
Our client is looking for a HR Operations Manager to offer employee relations support to managers across a key UK business unit. This is an excellent opportunity in a large prestigious technology company, ideal for someone looking for a great company offering career mapping and excellent prospects.

Key Responsibilities

* Heading up HR operations across three UK sites (3 days per week in Oxfordshire and 2 days supporting other sites)
* Consultancy support to managers covering HR policy & practices, employment law, employee relations, recruitment & selection.
* Case management for disciplinaries, grievance & performance management issues
* Implementing change programmes, ensuring process & quality improvement
* Team Management including one to ones and objective setting

Requirements

* Experience working as a HR Generalist for a commercial company with multiple locations
* Experience supporting managers with UK legislation issues
* Must have a driving license and own transport
* Comfortable working within the technology sector
