ERP Support Specialist - E-procurement systems

An ERP Support Specialist is required by a leading organisation based in Basingstoke. As the ERP Support Specialist your role will be to focus on providing high quality support to the finance and the businesses in their use of the SAP finance modules by providing a range of BAU activities and managing the implementation of SAP change to the user community.

Essentially this is a role for an enthusiastic individual with some SAP/ERP/E-procurement experience who has an appetite to learn and grow in this household name organisation.

You will be carrying out tasks such as (to name a few):

- Progressing system/process faults identified, to a timely resolution

- Undertaking master data and data integrity reconciliation and reviews

- Managing change requests submitted, reviewing to identify resource requirements and progressing to a satisfactory conclusion

- Training new employees/super users on the Ariba solution

Along with essential skills in ERP and E-procurement solutions you will also have:

- Excellent Excel skills

- Highly numerate with great communicative skills, both verbal and written and with strong reporting skills

- A willingness and ability to learn new skills with ease and excellent problem-solving skills
