Supply Chain Manager, LEON Restaurants, Central London. 30-35k

We have a fun and passionate team of people at our LEON support office in Borough and are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our fast expanding business.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of supply chain KPI’s and work with our suppliers to ensure stock availability and delivery of products to Leon

A bit about the Role:

  • This role manages the menu launch process from building commercial recipes for the potential new menu, working with suppliers, managing the IT systems and co-ordination of deliveries to restaurant.
  • Responsible for the management of FnB system (recipe management) and till system.
  • Working with Leon franchisees and delivery partners to ensure they have the correct information to launch new products / menu / make product changes.
  • Key contact with all suppliers to ensure product availability and continuity of supply.  
  • Key contact for all restaurants to manage and answer queries on behalf of the supply chain team.
  • This role also has responsibility for purchasing wholesale, impulse and waste management categories.
