Operations / Customer Service Senior Manager
Warwickshire
Up to £50K

A manufacturing company based in Warwickshire are looking for a Senior Manager to join their team to report directly into the FD.

You will have 25 direct reports across 3 departments.

You will be responsible for:

  • Be able to implement efficiency projects across all departments
  • Deliver exceptional Customer Service to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Keep ahead in Customer Service developments by reading relevant journals / attending courses
  • Change management / implement effective improvements
  • Challenge the status quo to do things better
  • Continuously assess processes and suggest improvements and implement them when agreed with Directors
  • Assessing the call centres effectiveness and adjust processes to give the best solution for the customer base.
  • Liaise with other management teams to achieve all business KPIs / Goals
  • Writing reports
  • KPI analysing
  • Be able to understand people
  • Engage and inspire those you lead to achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • You must have overseen at least 1 department within a business that has a customer service team.
  • Ideally be from a manufacturing background
  • Have at least 5 years management experience
  • Be able to give examples of change management within previous positions
  • Be used to public speaking and giving presentations.
