Programmatic Planner/Buyer

£40,000 - £45,000 + great benefits

A fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable vendor and lead be responsible for the programmatic vertical of the marketing team. If you have a technical background and extensive experience running programmatic campaigns end to end, then this role is well-suited.

THE COMPANY

Specialising in other aspects of digital analytics, this vendor is looking to expand their programmatic team. With extensive relationships with many clients and publishers, this vendor utilises 1st and 3rd party data to drive personalised and targeted ads in real time. As such, the company are focused on delivering the most effective message to the right customers.

THE ROLE

As a Programmatic Planner/Buyer, you will report directly to the Programmatic Director and be responsible for conducting data analysis, obtain insights and propose solutions to clients that optimise ROI. Essentially, the successful candidate will utilise data to formulate better programmatic campaigns.

As such, the candidate will spend a substantial amount of time pitching to prospective clients and liaising with clients to decipher their needs once onboarded. As well as planning strategy and project managing the activation.

  • Collate, manipulate and derive insights from the data analysis
  • Identify the most suitable DMP or technology stack relative to this
  • Regularly liaise with stakeholders and clients to understand and troubleshoot any technical issues
  • Report on the effectiveness of the campaign post implementation

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful Programmatic Planner/Buyer will have:

  • An undergraduate degree
  • Extensive commercial experience working on the sell side of programmatic
  • A passion and understanding of ad tech stacks and numerous DMPs and DSPs
  • Previously interacted with clients on a frequent basis
  • Substantial experience in developing programmatic strategies, problem solving and reporting on the effectiveness of such campaigns
