Our CLIENT is an established member of one of the fastest-growing 3PL / Third Party Logistics firms in the UK, with a comprehensive and expanding service to mainland Europe.

Description

The key responsibilities for the 3PL / Third Party Logistics - Business Development Manager will be:

  • Targeting new business
  • You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying & gaining new business within these areas, signing up accounts on behalf of this member.
  • Meeting with clients across the UK
  • The role will demand the development of profitable, long- term relationships at the highest level with customers across a range of sectors.
  • Selling a solution to clients
  • Midlands and South East Territory - Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham , Northampton, East Midlands

Profile

The successful 3PL / Third Party Logistics - Business Development Manager will be:

  • 3 years field sales experience with a proven sales record
  • A logistics background in the following; Pallets, Haulage, Warehousing, European Road Freight, Sameday, etc.
  • Operations background (desirable)
  • Articulate and engaging
  • Able to think on your feet and sell in numerous ways
  • Full driving licence]
  • Midlands and South East Territory - Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham , Northampton, East Midlands

Job Offer

Basic salary £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car/Allowance + Benefits
