We are currently recruiting an International Logistics Manager for a leading retail business based in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading business with a strong gloabl brand and comes with excellent long term career prospects.

Reporting into the Head of Logistics, responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Taking full ownership of the management of logistics providers to achieve operational KPIs and defined customer services.
  • Being accountable for the operational budget and quarterly review process
  • Ensuring providers are capable of executing seasonal peaks
  • Being the escalation point for CS and the international stakeholders
  • Continually looking for opportunities to improve the customer proposition and cost model
  • Keeping up to date with industry best practice

Applicants should have:

  • Experience managing logistics providers ideally wiithin an international and retail/ecommerce environment
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills with the ability to work across functionally
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • An analytical, data driven mindset
  • The ability to operate in a large international organisation

The successful candidate can expect a base salary between £55,000 and £70,000 plus a car allowance, bonus and other benefits.
