- Determined personality and formidable negotiator
- Experience of running and managing contract renewals
- An inherent ability to identify opportunities for cost-savings and efficiencies
- Strong procurement experience
- Strong presentational skills and IT literacy
- 10+ years postgraduate experience
- Ideally, experience of working for an IT/Technology company
- Finance experience beneficial – e.g. financial planning or commercial finance
About the Role
Our dynamic IT Managed Services client seeks an individual to be based out of their head office in Reading. This is viewed as a critical hire for their team and reports directly into the MD – note: this hire is urgently sought. The MD is driving this business to further growth and greater success. Thus, this person can greatly input by taking full control of all purchasing across the UK business and for maximising the profit of the existing contract base through negotiation of supply and sale agreements for existing customer contracts.
Our client ideally wants someone who has previously worked in an IT/Tech company and proven their worth through tough negotiation!
