Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager Filton Contract 12 months £25-27ph Opportunity to work for a Global Leader in their field. Business Critical position, opportunity to learn, develop and gain additional skills. Role to start as soon as possible. Role: * Contribute to Supplier selection and approval * Manage compliance of Supplier Relationship and Service * Secure Supplier deliveries and analyse performance * Manage Quality, non-conformance and rejections * Continuous Improvement Road Mapping * Preventative Planning Outputs: * Ensure KPI's targets are achieved * Improvement Planning * Contract Set Up and maintenance * Root Cause of Quality Issues identification About You: * Previous experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Configuration or Quality Assurance * Supply Chain background ideal but manufacturing/engineering considered * Lean Manufacturing and QMS experience highly desirable * Previous experience in Office Based role, particularly Project based * Must be a leader and take accountability * Structured, organised and diligent Acorn Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
