Our client is a market leading company based near to Bicester who are a manufacturer of impressive navigational equipment for multiple industries. Due to expansion they are now looking to acquire the services of a Part Time Export Administrator to work in their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied role for a forward-thinking and dynamic employer who have a stunning office location and offer a particularly attractive benefits package. This role would suit a highly organised and diligent administrator who has experience working with documentation associated with the export of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the customs documentation in line with legal procedures.
  • Ensuring the paperwork for shipments is completed accurately.
  • Checking the documentation for import and export declarations.
  • Resolving any potential queries whilst liaising with other departments.
  • Filing all documentation.
  • Receiving customer orders.
  • Processing sales invoices using the company software.
  • Managing and maintaining digital and hard copy records when required.
  • Being the point of contact for internal and external customers.
  • Assisting with compliance procedures.
  • Ensuring that all customers are kept informed and up to date with the progress of their order.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Must enjoy being a part of a team as well as working individually.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (ideally within a shipping, export or similar function).
  • Computer literate. Including Microsoft office and in house systems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Due to the location of this role, a driving licence is essential.

Additional Information:

  • This is a part-time role working from 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.
