Ecommerce Operation Manager

Our client a beauty eCommerce business are ready for their next stage of growth and are looking for an Operations Manager who is excited by the opportunities that a young, fast-growing start-up has to offer. If you're a natural leader with eCommerce or digital marketing experience, we want to talk to you. We are looking for someone to develop, lead, implement, track, and manage the operations of the business. You're great with people, numbers and are results obsessed. You have proven leadership skills are able to project manage from concept to execution. You'll be overseeing a small team to make sure campaigns are launched, deadlines are met and goals are achieved.

In this role you:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business
• Oversee the business operations
• Monitor effective performance against benchmarks, analytics, and target KPI’s
• Lead a team (currently 3 local employees, 1 overseas worker and ad-hoc freelancers)
• Work closely with and report to the founders
• Own and deliver on growth/sales goals
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures and processes
• Drive progression of the product roadmap
• Collaborate with employees to create and optimise customer service
• Manage agencies and other vendor partners

Requirements:

• 3+years of professional experience in project management, process improvement, strategy or management roles
• Prior leadership role managing a team of 3 or more
• Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or retail
• Results/action oriented and passionate about growth
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a setting with minimal guidance
• Great communication skills
• Track record of bringing order to chaos
• You are driven to succeed
