OPERATIONS MANAGER - HOTELS
BLACKPOOL
SALARY £45,000 PLUS 10% BONUS
Do you want to move from your existing role of Operations Manager in a boring and staid hotel chain into a dynamic, fresh new hotel that is part of a hugely successful international business? In this role you will develop close relationships with your hotel partners, gaining a thorough understanding of the hotel sector and taking ownership of the entire guest experience. You'll develop a deep understanding of the bespoke technology and ensure its successful implementation and effectiveness within your hotels. As a collaborative, team player, you'll work closely with the wider team, maximising revenue opportunities and attracting the best talent in the industry.
