Regional Operations Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our well established client within the Healthcare Service Provider sector.

As a business they have grown rapidly and have become a leading provider of healthcare service solutions UK wide. They are now looking for a Regional Operations Manager to work with them that shares their passion for providing cost effective and quality solutions and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Ensuring that the needs of clients and contracts are met at all times
- Staff management, development and coaching
- Driving your Region through P&L to ensure all opportunities are maximised
- Implementing and reviewing KPIs across your region
- Project management
- Streamlining operational procedures
- Stock management
- Working in line with MHRA and operational guidelines
- Inputting and creating annual healthcare budgets and forecasting
- Maintaining Health and Safety, Security and ISO9002 standards

As the ideal candidate you will;
- Have sound leadership and man-management skills
- Have previous Warehouse and Logistics experience
- Have project management experience
- Have experience in coaching and developing staff
- Be comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Be commercially aware
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
- Be aware of MHRA standards
- Have a working knowledge of ISO 9001 accreditation

Due to the nature of the role, you must be willing and able to travel within the region. Although you will be predominantly working between 2 sites in Kent, there is the possibility of travel to other UK based sites or the company Head Office therefore you must also be flexible and willing to stay away from home for a number of nights during the week as and when required.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car is required.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
