Are you an experienced manager with operational experience looking to join a well-established company?
An exciting opportunity has become available for an operations manager to work in a fantastic company within exceptional offices.
My clients are looking to appoint proactive and motivated individuals to manage a friendly team of 5 whilst being responsible for the real estate business administration functions. You will play a pivotal role within the business working closely with the CEO, the construction director and finance team.
The ideal applicant will have a background within real estate or property, although this is not essential.
The Role:
- Managing the real estate team including the administrators, property managers, project managers, maintenance team, receptionist and help desk staff.
- Maintaining the business systems, data information and system procedures
- Budgeting, reporting and approvals
- Oversee rent reviews, purchase order processing, project management and lease management
- Marketing and advertising
- Stock asset management, completing monthly stock checks
- Monitor property maintenance and servicing
The ideal applicant will have the following skills:
- Previous senior administration experience
- Experience of managing a small team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ideally have process management experience
- Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel & the ability to pick up systems quickly
- Be able to use own initiative for tasks and confidently communicate ideas
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
