Your new role
Due to continued growth the business is now seeking a Commercially focussed Ops Director to manage the day to day operations of the business, with full accountability for delivering the company's financial and commercial objectives. On top of this you will be responsible for driving strategy and innovation through business change and improving process efficiencies.

- Must have a background within the Legal or General Insurance industry.
- Operations professional with a proven track record of Change Management and Business Transformation.
- Expertise in managing process analysis, re-engineering and improvement within budgetary constraints.
- Strong technical understanding of legal products and services.
- Experience in a Leadership capacity, managing multi-functional teams within a professional services environment.
- Proven ability to explore and challenge team structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent understanding of business financial measures and an ability to express the benefits of initiatives in financial terms.
