Are you from an LED background and have experience managing/growing a team while being involved with business development/sales?

Do you want to work for forward thinking niche manufacturer, have the responsibility and autonomy to make key critical decisions, be in charge of and grow a technical team and receive an outstanding package?

The company manufacture and distribute nationally a wide range of electronic and audio visual products. Due to great advancements made in the R&D department and the creation of a new department they are looking to continue the great success they have had recently and expand.

The role itself involves the complete management of a recently created department. You will manage and grow a team of technical individuals, manage budgets, make some key decisions about the direction of the department, manage the profit/loss account and deal directly with senior management/directors. You will also travel where necessary to understand the manufacturing process, meet with clients and work with the R&D department.
