Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefits

Hours: 37 hours per week

Screening Operations Manager - About the role:

As the Screening Operations Manager you are to provide a robust, seamless customer focused service delivery to our clients by planning and implementing customer service strategies and operations; improving systems and processes; managing a team of Team Leaders & Advisors to deliver against KPIs.

As the manager, the role is leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they’re giving the best customer service possible, with responsibility for the day to day operations and management of the department you will ensure that the targets are met by the team and to plan in order to develop and understand the areas that would require improvement and that staff are well-organised and productive

Screening Operations Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Own and maintain strong relationships with Clients/internal & external stake holders

- Identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement

- Meets financial objectives and manage customer service projects and initiatives

Screening Operations Manager - About you:

You work in a consultative manner with experience of leading a team, setting targets and supervising staff performance, recruiting and developing staff. You are not afraid to role your sleeves up and get involved, this is a hands on operations role.

You are familiar with systems and able to create and establish clear standard operating processes, including an ability to track and report performance against SLAs. You are curious and creative with demonstrable track record management and dealing with high volume of diverse clients with previous experience of working on projects to improve process and Change management.
