Freight Forwarding General Manager – Preston - £50k - £60k + Benefits
Clemence Rogers are working with a leading Transport company are looking for a General Manager to establish and head up their Freight Forwarding Division.
Freight Forwarder General Manager Role :-
• Supplier liaison and negotiation
To increase profitability and customer service
• To develop both existing and new relationships with subcontractors.
• To support the supply chain strategy.
• Create processes to be implemented throughout in relation to Import/Export Full trailer load carrier management
• Negotiating costs with carriers
• Deal with a strong network of Full and Part trailer load carriers
