As the Operations Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable, cash management and billing teams within the finance function. This is a critical role which will provide the day to day direction to the International Finance Operations team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include the following:-

-Manage and motivate a large transactional finance function in Leeds alongside 12 staff across Europe, Middle East and Asia
-Improving controls and processes across Finance Operations to ensure the team is operating across an efficiently controlled environment.
-Take an active role in any transformation projects alongside the Senior Management Team
-Build strong and robust relationships with external and internal clients, ensuring an exceptional service at all times
-Ensure all activities are documented with regular review of all desk top procedures
-Stake holder management across the organisation and naturally becoming the key Finance Operations figure that stakeholders will confidently direct any complex queries towards

To be considered for this exciting position you must be able to demonstrate that you have managed a large finance function within a highly professional environment. Experience managing teams overseas would also be advantageous.

You will be a natural leader and motivator and someone is used to working within a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
