Dorchester has a new opportunity for a Sales Manager.

Recruitment Sales Manager required for. The successful candidate will be managing campaigns across the Health & Social Care sector, visiting new clients to continue the growth of our team.

The primary purpose of this role is to be a trusted advisor, accountable for the delivery of end to end recruitment for RGNs and RMNs for the private sector.

The post holder will be an excellent communicator and team player and will report to the Head Office in Eastbourne.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advising hiring managers on recruitment trends, the best practices for sourcing candidates and providing interview support / training.
  • Provide a full 360 recruitment service to the organisation.
  • Managing multiple recruitment campaigns for our resources
  • Posting vacancies to relevant media channels, in a cost effective and productive way.
  • Working with recruiting managers to develop job descriptions, selection criteria and structured interviews for all roles within the organisation
  • Evaluating management information (such as: costs, time to hire, agency usage and candidate experience) to understand where to focus recruitment efforts
  • Support with external events, such as jobs fairs, recruitment open days, and careers fairs.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies such as social media (e.g. company websites, job boards LinkedIn) and headhunting techniques to attract high quality candidates who meet the specification
  • Ensuring the recruitment process runs effectively and efficiently by maintaining regular communication with all parties throughout the recruitment process

What you'll need:

  • Appropriate occupational / professional qualification in recruitment (desirable)
  • Previous recruitment experience with a proven track record of success in managing whole recruitment cycle and large recruitment campaigns (desirable)
  • Experience of recruiting in busy operational environments (desirable)
  • Understanding the Health & Social Care sector and expected challenges (essential)
  • Quickly adapts to new changes in recruitment and the social care sector
  • Able to prioritise & manage own workload to meet deadlines; can work under pressure
  • Can focus on the 'big picture' to ensure solutions align to departmental and organisational objectives
  • Builds strong positive and trusted relationships to be seen as an advisor in best practice selection and assessment
  • The ability to use initiative and work independently without direct supervision

This post is for 36.25 hours per week (9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday - to include every second Saturday)

Non-Capped commission scheme to the successful candidate.
