I’m currently recruiting for an Export Customer Account Manager to join a multi awarding winning manufacture who are one for the biggest names within their sector.

As main point of contact for key clients you will manage sales orders in accordance with HMRC legislative compliance and manage sales orders from receipt through to delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a role managing accounts within the supply chain and utilising ERP systems.

Duties and responsibilities;

• Order fulfillment, and inventory availability, administer and coordinate product shipments which meet or exceed customer expectations and fall within contractual requirements.
• Proactively notify customers of potential issues or delays to shipments; understand impact and develop solutions to mitigate.
• Ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of OTIF KPI data.
• Review customer KPIs ensuring delivery shortages and failures are investigated and resolved, identifying trends and promoting corrective actions
• Liaising with shipping agents and hauliers (booking transport), preparing and issuing the required documentation in accordance with HMRC using in house and HMRC systems. Creating the required HMRC certification

The candidate;

• Experience within FMCG
• Supply chain and customer service experience within manufacturing
• ERP Systems experience
• Competent across all Microsoft packages
