Purchasing, Commercial and Trading Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Purchasing, Commercial and Trading Administrator to work for a FMCG company within St Ives.

This position is to provide support to the commercial team, duties include:
* Monitor and Prepare Accurate Monthly Rebate Statement
* Update and monitor action points in accordance with weekly conference call
* Maintain and Prepare Costing Sheets and Cost Analysis
* Attend meetings with customers as are considered appropriate
* Undertake any work-related activities as instructed to do so by the Buying Director.
* Prepare and Perform Administrative Tasks to include New Line Forms, Contract Checking and Reconciliation, Maintaining of the Price File

Key Accountabilities:
* Respond and escalate promptly any anomalies found whilst undertaking monitoring tasks within NPD, Cost Analysis and Monthly Rebate Statements
* Respond and escalate promptly any anomalies found whilst undertaking administrative task where attention to detail is of paramount importance
* To work collaboratively with all departments to ensure contract expectations are met
* Ensure that P&L objectives are met
* To be able to make effective and timely financial decisions
* To update and maintain knowledge of market conditions and the business informed
* Accurately update and maintain customer Power Point presentations
* Building and maintaining relationships with customers

Salary DOE: £22,000 - £25,000 pa
