This is a 6-9 month Fixed Term Contract based in Milton Keynes however some travel to European Offices may be required. Hours for this role are 8-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8-2:30pm on a Friday.

As part of the Supply Chain Team, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled and products are shipped on time and in full, customer queries and complaints are handled within company defined service levels and relevant export documentation and reporting is completed.

Main Duties:

  • Liaise with 3rd party contract manufacturers & the Supply Chain Team to ensure supply requirements are fulfilled.
  • Ensure supply and stock queries are resolved effectively.
  • First point of contact for Distributor Markets.
  • Work with Credit Control to track the status of payments for orders.
  • Monitor, control and provide recommendations for stock levels.
  • Produce monthly reports on agreed KPIs.
  • Support the month-end close down.

Person Specification: -

  • Must have previous experience in distribution & supply chain.
  • Knowledge of logistics principles and practices.
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines and manage own workload.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Broad administrative skills
