We are looking for an ambitious Contract Manager for an interesting and challenging role, managing full contracts within the construction industry.

Most of the projects you work on will be based around the London and South East area, however you will be mainly office based, managing your team of Project Managers, ensuring your team targets are met.

Salary could be up to £55,000 per annum.

You will be responsible for the customer relationship, managing project programmes, cost control and delivering the installation and overseeing the commissioning and hand over. You will manage your own project as well as being accountable for those of your team. Regular liaison with the client and project supliers at all times and keeping the client fully up to date with progress is a key part of the responsibilities of the role also.

Alongside the management of all Project Managers and projects under your contract, you will be accountable for the region's targets, including the successful delivery of KPIs and ongoing monitoring.

Requirements:

You will need to have experience managing contracts within a construction related environment, happy to manage from start to finish from an office-based role.

If you have a background within project management in construction and have qualifications in contract, project management or construction, it would be good to talk to you about possibly moving into Contract Management.

You will need to be very organised and be able to thrive under pressure as the environment can sometimes get very busy, excellent communicaiton skills are a must.

  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in projct or program management with direct experience in M&E service (smoke control, BEMS or others)
  • CITB H&S qualified (CSCS, SMSTS, IOSH)
  • A valid UK driving license is essential
