Are you a driven Warehouse Manager, with a proven track record? Do you have relative experience within the food distribution industry? Are you used to working in fast warehouse environments? HRGO are recruiting for an exceptional Warehouse Manager, based near to Market Drayton. A competitive salary is on offer up to £40.000k.
The Company-
A well-established, family owned distribution company specialising primarily in the dairy, meat and bakery sector. The business operates from a purpose built 35-acre complex.
Hours of Work-
Monday to Friday/ 40-45 hrs. (flexibility is required to suit the demands of the role)
The Role-Warehouse Zone Manager
Managing a team of Warehouse operatives, Co-Ordinator's & Supervisors on all day to day activities, leading the operation, working to deadlines and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any skilled Warehouse Manager to add to their ever-growing operation.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, well, organised, confident and able to work independently, whilst being a team player and engaging leader.
Our client is looking for an individual who has the skills to communicate at all levels with the team they are overseeing and liaise with the Warehouse Operations Manager The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changes, think on their feet and operate well in a fast-moving and challenging organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Driving the delivery of warehouse performance against key measures
-Actively motivating, engaging, training ad developing warehouse staff to deliver high performance.
-Effective management of people related policies (including sickness absence, performance, grievance and discipline)
-Driving internal processes, compliance standards and quality
-Ensuring adherence to health and safety within the warehouse environment.
-Identifying and proactively driving continuous improvement opportunities and efficiency initiatives.
Operational and Warehousing experience, preferably in the food industry required.
Hours: Monday to Friday 40-45 (flexibility is required to suit the demands of the role)
Salary: A competitive salary of between £35,000 and £40,000 depending on experience.
