· Day to day management of 4 operational teams
· Reviewing & implementing operational procedures for London branch & working with ops manager in LHR
· Leading process and improvement initiatives
· Data analysis and intelligence for international air & ocean shipments
· Working closely with UK management on leadership initiatives as well as UK Energy Manager
· Energizing Operational staff to provide operational excellence
· Working on budget preparation, business plans for London branch with UK GM
· Sales and customer retention of London customers and new business opportunities with UK BDM, EMEA BDM's and UK GM
· Responsibility for London P&L and Billing activities / costs
· Achieving budget and ensure maximum profit per shipment
Candidate should have strong Ocean Experience as office is predominantly focused on Ocean transport. Strong people manager.
