A 12 month fixed term vacancy has become available in the finance & logistics department for a Finance & Logistics Executive. Reporting to the Finance & Logistics Manager the main purpose of the role will be to support the day to day running of the department, achieve company strategies, objectives & values.

Responsibilities:

*Accounts payables processing.
*Cash management processing.
*Assist with intrastat submissions.
*Process card charges/refunds plus Amex charges.
*Deal with foreign bonus queries/rejects/payments.
*Assist with chasing missing bank details for bonus payments.
*Deal with day to day telephone & e-mail enquiries.
*Assist in other areas of the department as & when required to support the team in busy times.
*General office administration as required

*Ability to work to deadlines and use initiative.
*Strong oral & written communication skills.
*Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills.
*Minimum intermediate Microsoft Excel & Word skills.
*Reliable, flexible and a team player.

Hours of work are 35 per week - monday to friday 9am - 5pm with one hour unpaid lunch bread
