Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £40k to £55k depending upon skills and experience

We are looking for an experienced Operations Compliance Manager to support our commercial operation with expert FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulatory knowledge. This role will lead the way in driving the strategy and highlighting areas of risk to the business.

You'll be joining a global name which provides customers with finance and insurance products and services across multiple well-loved automotive brands including the likes of Audi, SEAT and even Porsche. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the development and review of policies, processes and corporate behaviour to ensure it remains up to date with regulatory requirements
• Support in facilitation of the Treating Customers Fairly committee (TCF), ensuring all business areas are aware of their responsibilities
• The first point of contact for stakeholders for all regulatory risk programmes
• Drive the risk and compliance agenda at all times
• Ensure the business adhere to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidance and regulation and the details is interpreted across the range of regulated and non-regulated products
• Maintain governance of high risk across Customer Operations processes

• Contribute to developing regulated compliance training across the Customer Operations teams
• Provide intelligence and insight into the operation on ongoing regulatory developments and emerging requirements identified through compliance horizon scanning.

• Produce and manage relevant information regarding regulatory updates, changes and pipeline reviews through to senior management
• Support with day-to-day compliance advice and guidance to Customer Operations in order to facilitate a compliant operation.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience of FCA regulations within a commercial and operational environment
• Proven experience of working effectively with outsource service providers
• Demonstrate understanding of all relevant legislation/requirements
• Experience of influencing and engaging key stakeholder and can communicate at all levels
• Experience of working in a contact centre or banking environment (ideally within financial services)
