The Company:
Our client is a very successful brand, with worldwide presence, dedicated to Health Care Sector.

Main duties:
To support the EU Customer Marketing Manager to develop and present category plans with key customers across Germany, UK and France.

The Role:
- To be responsible for delivering the annual volume, profit and market share targets across the EU Markets
- To work close with the Account Management and Marketing Team
- To define and implement the category strategy and plans
- To own, develop and tailor the category development relationship with the customer
- To provide analytical support in terms of market data, benchmarking, pricing and promotion
- To determine competitive pricing and promotional activities
- To prepare reviews and influence distributors and retails in order to increase the sales
- To manage figures in order to obtain behavioural insights from the customers
- To keep an expertise vision of the market, reacting quickly to demand changes
- To develop in collaboration with the marketing team the portfolio for new products.
- To identify market opportunities by understanding customer requirements
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken) is ESSENTIAL
- Fluent in German OR French (Written & Spoken) IS ESSENTIAL
- Experience within the Health and Beauty sector is A STRONG ADVANTAGE
- Strong understanding of retail FMCG sector.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Experience interacting with both internal and external customers
- Proficient in different type and sources of data (panel, epos, consumer research and market place
reporting tools)

Salary: Up to £45,000 pa + Bonus + Benefits
