Purchasing Finished Goods - Global Supplier Base - Management of Issues - Supply Chain - Purchase Orders - ERP Systems

We can offer you an exciting and challenging career opportunity to join a global category leader in private label products where you will take responsibility for the UK business buying unit and lead, guide and support the European buying teams.

It is essential that you can offer experience across the following;

• Placing orders with established global suppliers of finished FMCG products through to retail channels
• Reviewing, leading and managing supplier relationships and performance
• Ensure stock and the supply chain meets forecasts and demand planning
• Inventory management through ERP systems

This continued growth and investment has developed the need for an extra tier of management to look after the specialist buying team based in the UK, France and Germany so a small amount of travel is required. You will represent the EU in Global strategic buying reviews.
