Located in the company’s European Head Office, you will be working for an engineering manufacturer and distributor who supply products to well-known brands across the world. The team are looking for an Operations Planning Coordinator namely to support their 3rd party logistics planning and quality.
You will be responsible for 3PL management as well as the end to end Supply Chain process of sample supply (processing and shipment) as well as project manage and assist in the delivery of operations planning and activities for customer, 3PL and vendor management.

Salary: up to £32,000 dependent on experience

• Support Operational Logistics planning department for all Quality requirements and Customer Claims management
• Assist in the delivery of Operations Planning project management functions with dedicated Project management activities for Customer, 3PL partner and Vendor management work streams as directed
• Support samples process output requirements
• Coordination and effective management of Operational Logistics Quality management and customer claims
• Ensure management and development of a dedicated quality and claims database
• Delivery of streamlined quality process and claims, KPIs, investigation and consolidated data management for internal and external claims
• Support, coordination and delivery of effective and timely project management requirements
• Support the maintenance and control accuracy of system Master data in BPCS and all relevant systems
• Assist in the delivery and process of sample supply requirement. Process, shipment and procurement of sample parts
• Adhere to all company IATF, JSOX, and QMS process requirements, driving compliance adherence and continuous improvements
