SF Group are recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager to join a business located in Derbyshire. This is a permanent vacancy for an experienced supply chain professional who comes from an Automotive background.

What will you be doing?
- Maintain supply chains without line stop at customer for existed business
- Supervise Dept. members to order calculation & stock management, coordinate trading (import/export) and logistics, communicate with customer/supplier etc.
- Make existing business more efficient & profitable
- Responsible for financial planning & results
- Manage Dept. including HR management and cooperate with other departments within the business
- Set up Initial budget
- Analyse results and do the forecasting
- Manage credit limit for every customer
- Manage A/R and stock (Eliminate overdue A/R and reduce stock)
- Report/get approval based on Approval Levels Policy
- Work closely with the Warehouse / Logistics Departments
- Set short/middle/long term strategy of sales & organization and review it periodically with upper management
- Manage build out in case of model change
- Troubleshooting
- Conduct presentations to upper management, customers, suppliers
- Get quotation from suppliers
- Make quotation for customer
- Submit quotations to customers
- Negotiate with customer/supplier (involve upper management if necessary)
- Provide on the job training for Dept. members
- Help Dept. members to create procedures and review on a regular basis
- Improve business process & cost

You must have experience of Trade, Logistics, Import & Export and Automotive industry experience to be successful in this vacancy.
