An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join a leading award winning company, who are proudly recognised as the world’s most technically advanced mouthguard company and leading pioneer in oral protection.

Primary purpose of the role:

To oversee and manage the administration for the Custom business in addition to Customer Services for the entire Group. In your role you will project manage the peak period of business and delegate functionality within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Custom Director and managing an administration team of 3 and 2 Account Managers, you will be responsible for the following:

 Managing a team of customer care assistants including a supervisor, covering all aspects of customer care across all of the Group brands

 Manage a team of 2 school and club account managers who handle all of the administration requirements for the school and club accounts with the Custom division

 Recruit new dentists and nurses to work for Custom and manage their contracts

 Manage and prepare the schedules for our school and club fittings and assign the dental professional to cover them

 Work alongside sports marketing to make sure mouthguards are made for our sporting partners as required

 To attend exhibitions, conferences, networking events and school visits as required

 Forecast and order dental kit and production components

 Review and resolve service department problems, procedures, processes and improve current methods to increase productivity and customer service

 Managing customer procedures for warranty enquiries and claims for damage.

 Regularly audit work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that manufacturing is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly

 Coordinating with the Head of Lab to plan the daily manufacturing of product

 Work with the Custom Director to devise and implement sales and marketing strategies.

 Recruit, train and manage a team of temporary staff during peak periods
