Our client is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to strengthen their existing team within the warehouse and distribution sector.

As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for but not limited to

Making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met
Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision
Plan future capacity requirements accordingly
Organise the recruitment and training of staff
Monitor staff performance and progress as and when required
Motivate, organise and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
Brief team leaders about their roles on a daily basis

This will be a night shift role, the hours may vary every night depending on peak times.
