My client based in South West London, has travelled all over the world to find a unique collection of beauty devices, skincare and cosmetics that deliver instant results! .

Offering a wide selection of beauty brands you can use in your own home! 

My client is a small but friendly team who are responsible for a large portion of business throughout Europe and the US.

Initially this role will be on a temp to perm basis while probation is worked which means the successful candidate will be paid weekly, once probation has been completed you will then enter into a permanent contract.

The duties include but are not limited to:

Managing stock levels for our own business, plus clients, ordering and shipping stock appropriately.
Raising and shipping POs. Getting the best commercial terms for shipping.
Carrying out QA and compliance requirements with our brands and retailers in time with critical path.
Advising clients on EU registration requirements, managing the process where needed.
Ensuring all legal requirements are met at all times for clients and our own brands.
Working with the warehouse to ensure they understand delivery requirements.
Ensuring all deliveries timescales are met.
Booking deliveries in with relevant retailers.
Designing and ordering delivery labels for retailer’s requirements.
Supporting accounts with details on PO’s and shipments.
Identifying cost saving opportunities
Reviewing shipping and courier options for best cost saving opportunities.

The role is varied and demanding and requires someone with impeccable organisation skills and attention to detail. The role will involve working closely with our clients, so customer management skills are a must.  This person must be flexible and dedicated to making orders happen. The role focuses on making sure every stage of the supply chain, right back to source is effectively met, so you could be dealing with a supplier in the US one day and a retailer in Europe the next. You’ll be trusted, and motivated to own this area and make the right decisions to make it happen! It can be demanding, challenging and fast paced, but if you are ready to apply yourself and keep improving then it can be very rewarding too. The role has admin support for 1 to 2 days a week depending on need but organisation and admin are needed to carry out the role successfully. Experience in Beauty products or TV shopping is useful.
