Accountable recruitment are working on behalf a manufacturing organisation based in Liverpool City Centre for a HR Manager for a 9 month fixed-term contract.

This position is a stand alone role that will involve the implementation of a new HR system whilst providing operational support .

Key duties:

  • Running with the migration of data, checking vailidity.
  • Running testing functions on the system to ensure HR output is correct and relevant.
  • Support Project manager with training of staff.
  • Implement new system modules such as appraisals and talent management.
  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
  • Work with appropriate parties on reward strategy and employee retention.
  • Manage talent and succession planning.
  • Introduce shop floor pay grade system.
  • Produce reports for board regarding its employees.
  • Suggest improvments and developments to improve the Human Resource function.
  • Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
  • Develop training plans and appraisal methods.
  • Liaising with legal advisors where appropriate.
