My client is a leading Search and Selection business with both a Search and Interim Management function. They have several practices in their Private Sector offering, and are looking to expand their reach in all their established markets. They have a lot of strong house accounts, but are also looking to grow new business in each of their functional offerings. Broadly they functionally cover HR, CFO, IT, Change and Procurement.

They are seeking both an established Contract Procurement recruiter and an experienced Executive Search recruiter to continue to grow their offering in both these spaces. They cover roles from £500pd upwards to over £1500pd, and adopt a consultative Interim Management approach, and in Search operate pure retained work at salaries in excess of £100k plus.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Recruiter/Manager/Partner to move into an established Search and Selection firm in the Interim or Search space at a senior level and continue to build and develop their career. Salary will not be the limiting factor, however it is envisaged the role will pay a base of circa £70-90k, potentially up to 110k for the search role if suitably experienced.
